I sat here all evening putting pictures on, to find out that only a few went on so I had to do it a different way. None the less they are on now. There may be some duplicates. Plus there is a nice explaination on down past the pictures of all the pictures. I know it's a mess. ANyway...enjoy.

Mark's den. I cut and hemmed the curtains. I was so proud of myself. The benches on each side are going to be padded and covered with the scraps from the curtains. It is just enough from each curtain.

More Pictures of Progress

I am tired. I have worked hard this week. I still have to finish the kitchen but other than that it's all done!!! I will get up early in the morning and start to work on the kitchen and my salads for the party tomorrow night.

So, the first picture is of Mark carrying a basket of CLEAN laundry. Yes, all of the laundry is done and PUT UP!!! Yeah Robbyn! You know, when you do it once a week it gets done quickly!!! Sorry...the first picture is of the hall. Then the next one is Mark...with Jer in the background.

THen you will see my very handsome and a little wooly son. You know...I think that they are not going to be in the order that I am describing them but you can figure it out.


Jeremy's room is next and believe it or not...this is clean!!! He has a twin bed with bookcase headboard, a futon and an entertainment center. Not a bad room at all. He's working on his curtains. THat's why there aren't any.

Next is our room...dresser that Jeremy gave us with my Mammaw's picture and a picture of me and Jer...when we were about 8 years younger...there's also a hammer because I had been hanging pictures. Then there is the closet. Love the doors. THey match our bedroom perfectly. Then there is the bed and side tables. I love it! It has turned out so good. I have another plate to put on my side which is the left side if you are looking at the bed. I have to get a hanger though.


Last for now is the upstairs pink bathroom. IT's really lovely although it needs some trim work. So, we have a picture of the cat mom & dad made, the tub area and vanity. The tub is a bubble tub. You fill it up and turn on the bubbles. It's great!!! Well, I guess it is...Haven't gotten in it yet.

Happy Whatever!!!

My mom said she was sick sick sick of seeing Happy 4th of July on my blog so I am changing it.

I will have some pictures tomorrow evening...or maybe you should look Friday morning. I worked my tail feathers off today getting our room taken care of. Seems that has been the catch all. It is looking great. So, I will finish tomorrow and have pictures of that and my kitchen and Mark's room.

We are having a cook-out on Saturday afternoon. We are inviting Mark's gang from work, the Voluntary Service gang. Mark's assistant, Donna and her husband, Dave, the recreation therapy assistant and maybe is wife (long long sad story), and the two interns that are here from Houston and New York. Janet, the recreation therapist won't be able to attend. (Oh well...nuff said). We are doing hamburgers and I am fixing several salads, and various other items.

Anyway...that's it.

HAPPY FOURTH!!!

Our family wishes you a very safe and happy Fourth. We will be spending it with Mark's Mom, sister and nephew and Jeremy's friend Phillip who is visiting us from Houston. We are having Brats, potatoe salad, baked beans, and whatever else I can come up with. Watermelon!! I hope it's a good one.
