ANOTHER CHRISTMAS IS COME AND GONE.

Yes, we plan and plan and get ready for the big day and then it comes and is gone before you know it. We had a nice Christmas. Of course I spent most of it cooking but I didn't mind. We had breakfast burritos for breakfast and then after all the unwrappign was done I started Christmas dinner and we had ham, scallop potatoes, green rice (Auntie Tommie's recipe), rolls, lemon pie, key lime pie and seven layer magic cookie bars. It was all very good.

I hope you all had a very good Christmas and will have a safe new year. We are under a snow warning. It actually starts about 3:00 a.m. and lasts until Saturday morning around 8:00 a.m. We are supposed to get 5-7 inches or more. Oh boy!!

Enjoy the pictures!

This is the reason we celebrate. I get so mad when people try to take Christ out of Christmas. I mean, if it hadn't been for His birth, we wouldn't have a day to celebrate. It drives me crazy to hear of people taking away the mangers and anything to do with God out of the population. Pretty soon, it will be against the law to worship Jesus, just like other countries. Our founding fathers are rolling in their graves because they were very devout in our God. Please leave CHRIST in Christmas. Posted by Picasa

Snowglobe. I love it. It is like the big lawn ones but this one sits on a table or in this case, on top of the entertainment center. Also, several other snowmen and my snowglobe of the Holy Family. Posted by Picasa

Stockings...Mark's of course has the Marving The Martian on it. Mine the Snowman, and you can't see but Jeremy's is the one in the middle. He decorated it and it is really pretty. There is also a rawhide candy cane for Heidi and a catnip mouse for Abby. Posted by Picasa
