Downstairs bathroom. Shower to left. Big towel closet to the left of shower. Toilet to the right. This is going to be the only lighthouse themed room now.  

Down the stairs. We are putting in a handrail as soon as the moving is done.  

Our bedroom. Celiing fan is missing fixture. Closet straight ahead.  

The other side of his den. 

Mark's den. The ugly curtains are coming down and he is painting it a tan color and the insde shelves will be red. It's going to be pretty. 

Pink bathroom again. 

Very PINK bathroom upstairs. Only a tub no shower. Shower is downstairs.  

Upstairs hall. Bathroom to left, Mark's den to right, our bedroom straight ahead. Stairs to left passed bathroom. 

Jeremy's bedroom. This picture makes it looks smaller than it is. The closet is to the left...behind me. 

Shelves in guest room. We are taking out the bottom two and putting a tv stand right there with a TV on it. My sewing machine will go to the left. That ugly cabinet to the left is being romoved. 

Mark is going to put doors on this as soon as the washer/dryer are installed.  

Guest/laundry room. I hate the paneling. It is awful. But...what ya goig to do? Anyway, I will make it pretty. 

Living room. In this picture the carpet looks maroon. It is rust orange!! Hidious!! It is getting replaced with a new one. Wait and see!! 

Step-up to the dining room. Ceramic tile. Curtains are gone and the room is now painted "Guacamole dip". It's pretty. 

Back door from kitchen. This is where the little kitchen table is going. 

Pantry. Our refrigerator will go there instead of this one.  

More kitchen. Our stove will replace this one and we are getting rid of that microwave monster and putting in a different one. 

My kitchen. It now has pretty rooster valance across the window. I need a stained-glass rooster to go right in the middle of the lower window. If you know where I can get one, let me know!!! 

These look a little more brown, or tan than they are. They are a sage color with multi leaves and flowers.

For The New House

These are some pictures of things I bought today to go in the new house. The drapes with the brown, tan and sage are going in the living room on two windows with a sage green sheer between the panels. (I will take pictures once it's up. We are painting the walls a dusty light sage green in the living room. I think that the brown in the curtains will tie the couch in. The carpet in the living room is also a dusty sage green color.

The picture of the solid green drapes with the floral sheer will go in the dining room.

I was going with a Grapes theme in the kitchen until I saw the Rooster dinner ware. I fell in love!! So now it's Roosters.

Now I don't have to paint my kitchen. Also, this is one of the new canisters I will have in my kitchen.

We're Getting a House!!!

We are getting our very own house! It's a rent to own. It's 4 bedroom, 2bath, 1st floor laundry. Full basement, two car garage and a huge kitchen with lots and lots of cabinets!!!

It is in Kingsford, not Iron Mountain, but it is all like one big town. Anyway, we will have so much more room now. i am so excited. I will be posting more pictures as we get in and I start decorating. We will take possession on June 1.
