This blog is the every day rantings of a 44 year old mad woman. Just kidding. It is my rantings, but I don't think I am mad...we have been in the Upper Peninsula now for 2-1/2 years and things are still great. Miss my family in Texas though. Love Ya'll!!
It looks like the kitchen window is open but it isn't. The wood part of the window is the inside window. The outside window is closed. I opened it to set the plant that isn't doing too good up in the window so it could get some light.

I bet you don't know what to do with all that counter space. That kitchen in that little house had to have been designed by a man. I have seen a lot of bad kitchens but that was the worse I have even seen. I know how important a nice kitchen is to a woman and I am so proud you finally have a much better one. Really looks nice. I could probably really do some good southern cooking in that kitchen. Mom.
