Well, It Is Finished.

As of Friday, November 12, 2004 we no longer own a home. Due to the fact that the stupid real estate lady drug her feet, we sold it to the government. It's about a $6,000.00 loss, give or take, but our next mortgage payment was coming due and since it was over $1,000.00 and we only have one income now we didn't think we wanted to hold on to it any longer. Plus, there were no offers on it. If we would have sold it for the asking price then we would have had about a $20,000.00 profit. This way it's only about $14,000.00. We look at it this way, every penny over what the payoff was is a blessing.

We are loving our house and only have about 10 more boxes left in the house. The garage is another story. I don't even want to think about that. It's going to be cold when we are going through those!!

Ok. I guess this is all. I'm still waiting for the snow. I'm beginning to wonder if there really is any snow up here!!! Oh, we got our propane bill. For 375 gallons of propane it was $500+. That will be something else we pay when the money comes in from the house which should be next week.

After that we will go on a automatic fill where we pay monthly. Ok. That's it from the frozen north.
